StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday through Fridays 8s; call is optional
• Required Cases: General, gastrointestinal, trauma, vascular, spinal
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: 5 MD/17 CRNA model with 2 MD/10-12 CRNAs working daily
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 30 days
• License required or willing to license: Active Illinois license required at time of name clear/presentation
