Job Details:

  • 4:1 supervision ratio

  • Float between three locations: Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital, and Mary Washington Ambulatory Center

  • Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week

  • Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available

  • Primarily day shifts with occasional night coverage as needed

  • Availability to work one weekend per month as needed

  • Beeper nightly or weekend call coverage required

  • One call shift per 8-week schedule (either 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or weekend call 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

  • One holiday shift availability required

  • Schedule is determined 8 weeks out with up to 3 schedule requests per 8-week schedule (not guaranteed)

  • 6 or 12-month contract preferred

  • All cases except transplants, including hearts, lungs, healthy pediatric dental/ENT, OB, ortho, GI, and ENT

  • CRNAs perform own epidurals and spinals; no blocks

  • Level 2 Trauma experience is required

  • OB and thoracic experience required; pediatric experience preferred

  • Must be proficient with spinal and epidural placement and management

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

  • Virginia license required at time of submittal or in the process of being issued

  • Must obtain AHA Certifications
