- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Cases: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
- Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
- Credentialing timeframe:
Requirements:
- Board Certification
- AZ License
- DEA
- BLS or ACLS
- Clean background & med mal
