Permanent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time or Full-Time; W2/Hospital-Employed or 1099

Position Details: Seeking 10 part-time or full-time CRNAs to join a well-established practice. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome. Positions may require residency within the immediate local area, and relocation may be required.
Patient Population: Minimal healthy pediatric cases, low-risk obstetrics, and adult surgical patients
Setting: Hospital and surgery center; option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, or a combination of locations
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services within a care team model across a variety of cases. Opportunities for overtime are available if desired.
Required Procedures: Regional blocks; anesthesia for ENT, general, orthopedic, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Care team model with 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs, with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Days Per Month: Part-Time or Full-Time; based on self-scheduling
On-Call/Weekends: TBD based on schedule; equitable call schedule
Submission Requirements:
- Required: Board Certified CRNA
- Required: Ohio license or willingness to obtain
- Required: DEA must be obtained prior to start
- Required: Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days, clean malpractice and license history
