The facility features 6 main operating room suites plus a dedicated OB unit suite, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment with strong provider support in both medically directed and independent practice settings.

Job Details:

• $100,000 signing bonus tied to 5 years of employment
• Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages in the operating room, delivery room, and other patient care areas
• Rural anesthesia practice that is medically directed during the 7am-3pm shift, with the opportunity to work independently while on call
• Salaried 8-hour day shift position
• 6 OR suites in the main OR and 1 dedicated suite on the OB unit for C-sections
• Call schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 7am; weekend call covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with an approximately 1:6 call ratio
• 20-minute call back window required; on-site call room provided for those residing outside this window
• Provide intrathecal and epidural blocks for OB; approximately 225 deliveries per year with training available for blocks
• Surgical schedule includes general, orthopedic, GYN/OB, ophthalmology, urology, ENT, pediatric, and general cases
• Must hold a current Minnesota nursing and anesthesia license; Wisconsin licensure can be obtained after hire
• Must be certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists or have graduated from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia and be awaiting initial certification (must pass certification exam within 12 months of graduation)
• Re-certification required on a biannual basis through the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
• Strong knowledge of current principles and methods of general, regional, and local anesthetics required
• Ability to function effectively in stressful and emergent situations
• Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
