• Experience: 1-3 years pediatric/neonatal experience preferred
• Pay: $250,000 - $290,000 annually based on experience
• Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do

• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia to neonatal and pediatric patients for a variety of procedures
• Monitor patients during induction, maintenance, and emergence phases
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
• Document all anesthesia care accurately and in compliance with hospital standards
• Maintain and update patient records, adhering to best practices and protocols
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Ohio CRNA license and certification from an accredited program
• PALS certification required
• 1-3 years of pediatric/neonatal anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and manual dexterity skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
