Job Description
No call, holidays, or weekends
•8 or 10 hour shifts ( or )
•Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologist
•Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15
•Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
•Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
•Annual ER Volume: (OR volume 13,000 cases per year)
•Description of OR Staff: physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff
•Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs at main, 4 at south and medical imaging/IR coverage as well
•Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary 250-290k/yr based on experience (0-2; 2-5; 5+)
•Sign-on bonus based on commitment
•Potential for incentive bonus (yearly)
•CME/PTO (0-5) 291 hours (5+) 331 hours

Qualifications:
•Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
•Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
•Current CRNA certification
•Licensure in the State of Ohio
•PALS certification
•Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
•Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
Preferred:
•1 3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in dayton at Unknown Company
