- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and administer induction, maintenance, and emergence anesthesia.
- Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical team.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
