Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
Job Details:
- No call, holidays, or weekends required
- 8 or 10 hour shifts available ( or )
- Supervised by a Pediatric Anesthesiologist
- Average of 1-15 surgical cases per day
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans including induction, maintenance, and emergence based on pre-operative assessments
- Deliver exceptional anesthesia care to neonatal and pediatric patients in collaboration with anesthesiologists
- Coverage across main campus ORs as well as south campus and medical imaging/IR locations
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days
- NBCRNA Board Certification required
- AANA Certification required
- BLS/PALS certification required
- Active Ohio nursing license required or willingness to obtain
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required at presentation - no exemptions
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program required
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills required
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina required
- New graduates accepted; pediatric experience required
