You'll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff, providing comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures—all with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.
What You'll Do
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
- Provide post-anesthesia care, pain management, and monitor patient recovery.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing, and surgical staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- NBCRNA certification.
- Minnesota RN/APRN license (or eligible).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment.
Preferred
- Rural or Critical Access Hospital experience.
- Regional anesthesia experience.
- Interest in serving a community-focused healthcare organization.
