- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning the first week of October ideally or November-forward at latest
- Support Staff/Supervision: Some Medical Direction, but there is a lot of autonomy. Surgeon, 1 anesthesiologist and 4 CRNA's.
- Case Mix: General, Urogynecology, Surgery (Davinci on the way), Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, Podiatry. Provider may see some healthy peds. Provider must also be comfortable with blocks (will work alongside ortho surgeon). No hearts, No heads, and No OB.
- Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA and CSR
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 2 weeks
