New Compensation and Incentive Highlights
Market Wage Adjustment
CRNA annual salaries have been adjusted to remain highly competitive in today's market:
Less than 1 year of CRNA experience: Full Time Rate: $298,777.45 annually
1 year or more of CRNA experience: Full Time Rate: $310,126.22 annually
Final compensation is based on applicable appointment details, FTE, institutional guidelines, and any governing policies or agreements.
$30,000 CRNA Sign-On Bonus
Newly hired external CRNAs are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus, prorated by FTE, in exchange for a two-year commitment.
Relocation Assistance Available
Newly hired CRNAs may be eligible to receive up to $10,000 in relocation assistance to support their move to Michigan Medicine.
