Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for an experienced and certified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in North County San Diego. To qualify for our higher wages, you will need to have been certified for at least 6 months and pass our Clinical Interview with a BCBA.
As an RBT, you will help children develop social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
