Key responsibilities: Provide coding services for Professional Fee and Facility specialties, applying diagnosis and procedure codes accurately Interpret coding guidelines and ensure documentation supports code assignments, impacting reimbursement Participate in ongoing training and maintain compliance with ethical coding standards and company policies Required qualifications: Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience required Proficient in EMR and billing systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to maintain productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher Must have reliable internet access and current coding reference materials
