To support Medicaid and Medicare operations, the full-time remote Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will prepare and finalize complex cost reports, analyze financial data, and supervise a team of accountants while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize Medicaid cost reports and supplemental payment program filings Analyze revenues and expenditures for appropriate classification and allocation in cost reporting Supervise a team of accountants and assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation Required qualifications Certified Public Accountant license required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP Experience with Medicare regulations and reimbursement manual Supervisory experience required
