To support a growing coding team, the full-time Certified ProFee Coding Specialist will work remotely, providing accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding across various specialties while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Key responsibilities: Accurately apply diagnosis and procedure codes utilizing ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS Calculate ProFee E/M levels and recognize critical care cases based on patient acuity Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and maintain productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher Required qualifications: Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) is mandatory Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job coding experience is required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary Working knowledge of EMR and billing systems is essential Must have reliable internet access and current coding materials
