Seeking a full-time Certified Pharmacy Navigator, the position will work remotely Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is responsible for guiding customers through pharmacy care options, coordinating benefits, and supporting medication optimization initiatives. Key responsibilities: Navigate customers through pharmacy care and benefits, ensuring understanding of costs and coverage options Act proactively on behalf of customers regarding complex benefits, referrals, and prior authorization processes Support the Medication Optimization initiative by engaging with members identified with non-optimal medication use Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a health care related field or equivalent associate's degree with 3 years' experience in a health care setting Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and medications Proficient in customer service, care delivery, and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office and internet-based resources Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resolve customer issues
