Providing group-based intervention and case management, the full-time Certified Peer Recovery Specialist will facilitate support groups for individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) in a remote setting, working a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend groups. Key responsibilities Facilitate group sessions on SUD topics, both with and without standardized curriculum Manage crisis intervention remotely while preparing documentation in compliance with organizational and state standards Engage in member communication and provide individualized resources, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction Required qualifications Active Peer Recovery Certification is required Minimum of 1 year of peer recovery experience, including facilitating support groups Experience with Electronic Medical Records, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part II Familiarity with addiction recovery principles and commitment to harm reduction Case management experience and a strong dedication to service excellence
