Certified Payroll Specialist

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time remote Certified Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, tax accounts, and client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities: Maintain positive client relationships to achieve retention and growth goals Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing and manage tax calculations Act as a subject matter expert on payroll, HR, and time management operations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field Minimum of 5 years in payroll or human resources outsourcing with client service experience Preferred certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Strong working knowledge of payroll and HR outsourcing industry compliance requirements Proficiency in Google and other business software applications
