Certified Patient Financial Counselor (CAC) – Day Shift

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Financial Counselor (Certified Application Counselor) to assess health coverage eligibility and guide patients through enrollment processes. You will work across MassHealth, Health Connector, and related programs, with emphasis on accurate data collection and patient support.
