South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver one-on-one treatments focused on ADL retraining, functional mobility, safety, and maximizing independence. You will document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in care planning.
