The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and short-term rehab facility. The COTA will deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, supporting residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, educating residents and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a respectful, mission-driven environment focused on recovery and wellness.
