We are seeking a *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* who is motivated, compassionate, organized, and passionate about helping patients improve their independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Helping patients improve strength, coordination, endurance, fine motor skills, and functional independence.
* Teaching patients adaptive techniques and the safe use of assistive or adaptive equipment to promote independence in the home.
* Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes in condition, functional ability, or response to treatment to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
* Documenting patient visits, interventions, and progress accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
* Home health experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to provide training and support to help you grow in this rewarding specialty.

*EDUCATION/LICENSURE:* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current and active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
