Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky, a PACE program, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support frail seniors to live safely and independently at home. The COTA provides hands-on treatment, carries out OT care plans, and trains participants in ADLs, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment. Working in the day center and in participants’ homes, you’ll document progress, promote safety, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
