AB Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA - Float) to support multiple school locations in the Crestwood, IL area for the school year . This school-based role follows the academic calendar and offers consistent weekday hours with the flexibility and variety of floating between campuses.
Position Details:

• Location: Crestwood, IL (multiple nearby school sites)
• Schedule: Full-time school hours - 32,5 hours per week
• Contract: Full school year
• Setting: School-based (K-12)
• Role Type: Float OT
• Caseload, mileage expectations, and school placements discussed prior to offer to ensure a great fit
• Weekly Pay: $1,575

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct therapy services to students per IEP goals
• Support students' functional, fine motor, sensory, and school participation skills
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned school buildings as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Illinois COTA License
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable floating between multiple school sites
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements
