- IHT COTA Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
- The visit rate for this role ranges from $35 - $45 per visit
What you'll do:
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What you'll need:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
