Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Contract position (Day shift) located in Lebanon, OH. The selected candidate will carry out occupational therapy treatment plans and engaging therapeutic activities under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Daily clinical duties include: assist patients in practicing daily living skills, cognitive exercises, and upper-extremity activities, instruct patients in using adaptive equipment such as dressing aids, utensils, and transfer boards, and document daily therapy notes, progress towards functional milestones, and resident feedback.
