• Monday-Friday
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedule
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call

Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic treating pediatric and orthopedic patients. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will provide hands-on therapy, implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and help patients improve their functional independence.

Patient Population

• Pediatrics
• Orthopedic Rehabilitation
• Upper Extremity & Hand Therapy

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy treatments.
• Manage approximately 50-60 patient visits per week.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Wyoming COTA license/certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Interest or experience in Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Upper Extremity, or Hand Therapy.
