Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant role offers a 36-week assignment in Phoenix, AZ, with pay up to $43 per hour. The position provides school-based occupational therapy services, supporting students' individualized education plans and fostering inclusive learning environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assess students' physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success and adapt therapy strategies accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students requiring occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Relevant accredited degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices and relevant therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and students.
• Ability to work standard daytime hours.
• Successful completion of background check and health screening.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to school environments.

Preferred Skills:

• CPR certification preferred.
