What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
- Help residents practice self-care, coordination, and everyday tasks
- Observe progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT
- Document each treatment session and work with the care team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
