Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Company: Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation

WEEKEND ONLY RATE: Fridays, Saturdays and or Sundays, $26-30 (up to 3 shifts)

FT CNAS RATE : Starting at $19.50,

Job Summary:

You will be an essential part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with daily living activities monitoring their health status, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. 

Duties:

n
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
n
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
n
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
n
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
n
• Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
n
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create individualized care plans
n
• Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
n
• Work in various settings such as assisted living, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, medical offices, emergency medicine, and home community care
n

Experience:

n
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
n
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
n
• Familiarity with caring for individuals in different healthcare settings
n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant is required
n
