Grand Islander RI and V2U, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort, accurately record and report observations, and support short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents. Working closely with RNs, LPNs, and therapists, you’ll help maintain safety, dignity, and quality of life while gaining clinical skills, training, and growth opportunities within Genesis HealthCare.
