Document patient care and report any concerns to the healthcare team.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Must be a certified nursing assistant with a valid certification.

Previous experience in a home health or long-term care setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
