Fulton Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a patient-centered environment. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting, while monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to nurses.
Responsibilities include taking vital signs, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting safety, dignity, and comfort.
