What You'll Do
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Encourage independence while helping residents maintain their highest level of functioning and quality of life.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship, comfort, and support.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion while following all company policies and state and federal regulations.
What We're Looking For
• Current CNA Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 months of nursing assistant or caregiving experience
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Must be at least 18 years of age
