What You'll Do

Depending on each client's Plan of Care, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Mobility and transfer support • Companionship and safety supervision • Meal preparation and light housekeeping • Medication reminders • Following the client's Plan of Care • Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What You'll Need

• Current Florida CNA certification • At least 1 year of home care experience • Ability to complete required background screening through the Clearinghouse • Reliable communication and attendance • Dependable transportation for applicable assignments • AxisCare experience is a plus - not required
