We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs with shift differential for PM (2nd) Shift and NOC (3rd) Shift. New CNAs are encouraged to apply!
Current Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:15 AM- 2:15 PM
- 2nd Shift 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential)
- NOC Shift: 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential)
- If you sign up for a 1.0 master schedule- you will qualify for $25/hour!
- Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
- Assist residents with daily needs including bathing, dressing, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
- Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.
- Support residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
- Accurately document cares provided.
- Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.
- Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills
- Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus FT
