Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and other activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Accurately document care and resident observations
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members
- Support residents' participation in social and recreational activities
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
Qualifications
- Active New York State CNA certification required
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
