Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Shrewsbury you will:

• Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and living areas
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies and equipment
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
• Accurately document care provided and resident observations
• Encourage resident independence, dignity, and social engagement
• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care
