About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, delivering personalized assistance with daily living activities, nursing care, and rehabilitation services. In this 2nd/3rd shift role, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide nursing care and support under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist with rehabilitation services and therapies
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Participate in resident care conferences and care planning
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
