Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

We are seeking full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families. Openings on all shifts, including an every other weekend rotation. $23 to $31 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

  Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with our established nursing care procedures

  Participate in planning and following current resident care plans

  n

• n

  Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly

  n
n
• n

  Document accurately and completely

  n
n
• n

  Meet personal grooming needs for each resident

  n
n
• n

  Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly

  n
n
• n

  Maintain a clean and orderly environment

  n
n

Requirements:

• n

  Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or have recently graduated from a CNA course

  High school diploma or its equivalent preferred

  n

• n
