Shift: Evenings (3pm - 11pm) & Nights (11pm - 7am)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities:
- Assisted patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
- Observed patient conditions and reported changes to nurses and healthcare staff.
- Maintained accurate patient documentation and updated care records.
- Assisted with meal preparation and ensured patients received proper nutrition and hydration.
- Supported infection control and maintained a clean and safe patient environment.
- Responded promptly to call lights and patient requests.
- Assisted nursing staff with medical procedures and patient care tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- BLS (AHA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CNA in Long Term Care/SNF Facilities.
