Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour , depending on shift and experience
As a CNA on our Memory Care team, you will provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, engagement, and daily routines while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for our residents. You will also observe resident needs and communicate changes to the nursing and care team.

- Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Every other weekend required
As a CNA on our Memory Care team, you will provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, engagement, and daily routines while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for our residents. Requirements
- Valid NJ CNA certification required
- Memory care, dementia, or Alzheimer's experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide resident-centered care in a busy assisted living setting
- $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive CNA pay: $20-$21 per hour
