About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts
- Helping residents with personal hygiene
- Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Documenting resident food and fluid intake
- Assisting residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- Making residents' beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
- Transporting residents within the facility
- Assisting nurses and other staff as needed
Requirements:
- Current and valid CNA certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions
- Physical strength and stamina
- First aid and CPR certifications
