About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing basic care and support to our patients, including:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Transferring patients to/from bed, chair, or wheelchair
• Monitoring and reporting on patient vital signs and overall condition
• Assisting with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and healthcare professionals
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with assistance as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
