What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you'll work directly with our residents and nursing team to provide the hands‑on care, comfort, and support our residents depend on every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene


• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation


• Provide assistance and encouragement during meals


• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with patience and compassion


• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other information as directed by the nursing team


• Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and promptly communicate concerns to the nurse


• Assist with maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment


• Follow resident care plans and established safety procedures


• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction throughout the day


• Protect resident dignity, privacy, and independence


• Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide consistent, high‑quality care


• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio , or appropriate eligibility to work as a nursing assistant under Ohio requirements


• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but not required


• Compassionate and patient approach to resident care


• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic


• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers


• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced healthcare environment


• A genuine desire to care for and serve others

Experienced nursing assistants and those beginning their careers in long‑term care are encouraged to apply!
