Position Overview
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
- Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents throughout the shift
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Provide routine hygiene and comfort care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure quality resident care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- New CNAs are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $19.50 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
- Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
