As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity and quality of life
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Jersey
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
