About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Assisting with mealtime and hydration needs
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
- Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Alabama
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
