Hammonds Lane Center in Brooklyn Park, MD is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care and support to our senior residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. CNAs will assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and feeding, while monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nurses. You will help maintain accurate documentation, uphold infection control and safety standards, and support restorative and rehabilitative care plans.
Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will promote resident dignity, comfort, and engagement while contributing to a respectful, collaborative work environment.
